Every web design project comes with a Scope of Work and a Quote. SEO dependency: if you add any SEO package, your build must be the $7,500 or $15,000 tier, plus Web Hosting ($60/mo) and Website Maintenance ($100/mo).

Web Design questions, answered
Do you provide training?
Yes — a training video is available upon request. For training we hop on a Zoom call (max 30 minutes), record the call, and provide you with the training video so you can make everyday edits yourself. The video length is at our discretion. If you would rather we handle changes for you, our managed editing is available at $240 per hour. Most clients use a mix: simple updates in-house, larger changes by our team.
How much is copywriting?
We work with a network of professional content writers who craft clear, persuasive, SEO-aware copy for your pages. Copywriting is quoted per project based on the number of pages and research involved. Tell us how many pages you need written and we will give you a firm price before any work begins.
Do your websites work on smartphones?
Always. Every site we build is fully responsive and tested across phones, tablets, and desktops. Most of your visitors arrive on mobile, so we design for small screens first and make sure tapping, scrolling, and your contact forms all work flawlessly on a phone.
Can you design my logo?
Yes. Our in-house graphic designer can create a brand-new logo or refine an existing one so it looks sharp everywhere, from your website header to signage and business cards. Logo design can be bundled with a website project or commissioned on its own.
Are you programmers / developers?
Yes. Our team includes web designers and developers who build and customize sites by hand. Our founder started writing HTML in 1999, and we bring over 100 years of combined experience. That means we can handle custom functionality, integrations, and performance work that template-only shops cannot.
How long does it take for you to design a website?
A typical website takes a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on the number of pages, how quickly content and photos are ready, and the amount of custom functionality. After our kickoff we give you a clear timeline with milestones, and the biggest factor in staying on schedule is how fast we receive your content and feedback.
Where are you located?
Our studio is in Calgary, Alberta at 1718 14 Ave NW, T2N 4Y7. We focus exclusively on Alberta, building genuinely local web design and SEO for businesses across the province — from Medicine Hat and Lethbridge to Red Deer, Edmonton, Grande Prairie, and the mountain towns. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM MST.
Where can I get photos, videos, or a virtual tour for my website?
We have an in-house photographer and videographer, and our sister company 360 Vid Virtual Tours produces immersive 360-degree virtual tours, including Google Street View tours for your Google Business Profile. Professional imagery makes a measurable difference in how much visitors trust your business, so we can arrange a shoot as part of your project.
Do you work with WordPress websites?
Yes. We design, build, host, and maintain WordPress websites, and we are happy to take over and improve an existing WordPress site. Because we are programmers, not a template-only shop, we can also customize WordPress well beyond an off-the-shelf theme when your project calls for it.
Do you build custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript websites?
Yes. For custom HTML/CSS/JS web design we keep the server software up to date and compliant, and a hand-built site is fast, secure, and naturally resistant to spam since there is no common platform for bots to target. It suits a wide range of websites, from lean marketing sites to bespoke functionality.
