Do you provide web hosting?
Yes. We offer secure, fully managed, high-speed web hosting for any website — custom-coded or WordPress — on servers tuned for the sites we run. Plans run from $60 per month (Tier 1) and $90 per month (Tier 2, our recommended default) up to $120 (Tier 3, high-traffic) and $150 per month (Tier 4, premium), with a one-time $50 setup. You keep ownership of your own domain name.
Do you only host WordPress sites?
No. We provide general web hosting for any kind of website — custom-coded HTML/CSS/JS builds, WordPress, and other common platforms all run on our managed servers. WordPress is one of the platforms we tune for, not the only thing we host, and we are happy to host a site even if we did not build it.
How much does web hosting cost?
Our managed web hosting has four tiers: Tier 1 at $60 per month, Tier 2 at $90 per month (our recommended default), Tier 3 at $120 per month for high-traffic sites, and Tier 4 at $150 per month (or $1,500 per year) for premium needs. A one-time setup is $50. Every tier is a secure, fully managed, high-speed server that runs custom-built and WordPress sites alike, and your domain stays in your name.

We host on servers configured specifically for the platforms we build on, so your site loads fast and stays stable. You get genuine Alberta-based support by phone, email, and live chat, high availability, and SEO-friendly performance. Because we build, host, and maintain under one roof, there is never any finger-pointing when you need help.
What kind of support do you provide with your web hosting?
We provide phone and email-based support and take calls on our business line during business hours. We do not offer live phone support beyond that, and we do not provide live chat. What sets us apart is that we have in-house Server Administrators — something most companies do not have — and we have managed our own web hosting since 1999 rather than outsourcing it. That makes us a premium choice with faster turnaround when something needs attention. There is no "Press 2 for tech support" on our main line; you reach real people who know your site.
Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located across North America. Keeping your hosting close to your customers reduces load times and helps with search performance, with the capacity and redundancy that a managed, in-house hosting operation provides.
Do you provide anti-spam as a service?
Yes, we provide anti-spam as a service. A custom HTML/CSS/JS website further protects you from spam by design, since there is no common platform for bots to target. For WordPress sites we use an anti-spam plugin to prevent the vast majority of spam attacks. Either way, junk submissions stay out of your inbox so real leads do not get buried.
Do you provide e-mail services?
We focus on website hosting rather than email hosting, so we do not provide email mailboxes directly. We are happy to recommend reliable email providers and help point your domain's email records to them so your website and email work together smoothly.
